Please follow the local order process and make the request directly with your local manager / supervisor, who will then request TGV access on your behalf.
You cannot directly request your own access to TGV with IT helpdesk.
- If you are a manager or supervisor AND you are a requester with access to User On/Off Boarding on RequestIT, you can request TGV access on behalf of requested user/s. Go to https://servicenow.dhl.com/requestit, then select 'User On/Off Boarding' under 'Identity Services' and then 'DPDHL Applications Access'.

Please note : If you do not see the relevant icons or receive a 'not authorized' error message, please contact a higher level local supervisor/manager to make the request. To check your eligibility to become a requester OR if you have any RequestIT questions, please contact hgsd@dhl.com
For non-DHL (Third Party) users:
- Please make the request by email to your DHL ACS contact or to GAIT DevOps Support : devopssupport@dhl.com and provide the following details for the requested user/s :
- Company Name
- First Name
- Surname
- Email Address
- Location (Default Gtw)
- Gtws within area of responsibility
- Role
- Purpose for request
- Any additional information or comments
